"Really enjoyed my 2 week stay at Lucero in Playa Santa Teresa... The staff were incredible, including Zeneida & Richard, who were both very friendly. The managers Marieke & Jared were super chill and always willing to help, made friends with both of them.
Loved the buffet breakfast, the gorgeous pool area, the short walk to the beach, a nearby grocery store & being set back off the main road in ST. Will definitely stay again!"

Surf & Stay
Our most popular way to experience Lucero is with our Surf and Stay package, which includes four 90 minute lessons from our full-time local instructors, unlimited board use from 20+ quality boards, and free daily breakfast.
Lessons
Generally Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday, but if you feel ambitious, you can always add more lessons upon booking or during your stay.
Accommodations
We offer 2 rooms with a queen size bed, two rooms overlooking the pool with a king size bed or two singles, a new garden room with a queen bed, a 2 bedroom house with ocean view, and a 1 bedroom apartment with a jungle view.

Gear
We have a large selection (20+) of surfboards, from soft tops to hard tops of various size to accommodate all surfing abilities of our guests.
Breakfast
Breads, spreads, 3 kinds of cereal, eggs made to order, fresh fruits, yogurt, the Costa Rican staple Gallo pinto, pancakes, juice, coffee & tea. We have regular milk and almond milk and we cater to special needs for allergies, vegan, gluten free. Just give us a heads up before arrival!
